Rescue Basics is a proud supporter of this movement and a percentage of all AED sales & service are donated on a quarterly basis.

FAQs

A public access AED is an automatic external defibrillator that may be used in conjunction with CPR or cardiopulmonary resuscitation efforts when available.
Our office is based in Beloit, Wisconsin and we are currently locating perspective sites for AEDs in Rockford, IL and Beloit, Wi. Other locations in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin are also considered.
20% of our quarterly profits are donated to this organization as a tax deductible gift.
Cost largely depends on where the AED is located. The current service area has harsh winters and intense summers so it is important that AEDs are insulated well and protected from weather. Early estimates are between $5,000 and $7,500.
